We endeavour to return call backs within 48 hours.

How to Order – Online

Please use our secure online ordering service and paying with your credit or debit card. Simply select your product, click Add to Cart and follow the instructions.

Postage and Packaging Costs

  • Free Standard UK recorded delivery 5-7 days.
  • Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery £10. A signature is required for this service. Orders should be placed before 12 noon, Mon – Fri, for this service. Next day delivery orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Free Standard EU delivery, 7-10 days
  • Non European Union Countries, delivery normally up to 12 days

We will do everything we can to dispatch your parcel on the day of your order.

Delivery Requests

If you have any special requests regarding delivery please make these known to us in the comment box and we will do our best to deliver at the requested time. We will of course contact you by phone or email if we are unable to fulfil your request.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We hope and anticipate that you will be delighted with the goods you have purchased from us but with our returns and exchange policy you can feel confident in buying from us, knowing that you can return goods if they are not suitable in any way or not as you expected.

Should you not be delighted with your purchase or if you need to return them for any reason, you are able to do so within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer you an exchange or if you wish a refund, provided that the goods are returned intact and in the same condition as when they were received, un-used, un-washed and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item, along with the details requested below, within 14 days. We will be happy to refund or exchange your items provided they are in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • we do not refund gift service and delivery charges
  • we do not refund gifts without a receipt but are happy to make an exchange

Please include the information below and whether you require a refund or exchange (please retain proof of posting from your shipper). Please also include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your product.

Non-arrival

If goods are lost in transit please let us know promptly. We will either send out the order again or offer you a full refund including delivery charges

How to return goods

Send an email with your order number, items that will be returned and reason for return to info@champinx.com to register the return. If you’re a UK customer, we’ll email a label to you. Customers outside the UK will have to arrange shipping of the return. In case of exchange, make sure to specify the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).

Information required with return:

  • copy of the receipt

For customers in the UK, use the pre-paid return shipping label and place it on your package and drop to your nearest collect+ store. If it is easier, we can arrange to collect goods from you at the cost of £10.00. Should you wish to use this option then please contact our Customer Care team on info@champinx.com.

Outside the UK, ship the return with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. That way, the carrier will refund your loss should anything happen to the parcel on the way back to us.

To ensure you will be credited in full, goods must be returned within the appropriate timescales, in perfect condition, un-used and un-washed and in the original packaging with any tags still attached.

For your own security please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.

Goods received back for return or exchange outside of these conditions may be accepted at the discretion of the company, refunds may then be made as a store credit.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.

Returning Gifts

A gift can be returned in line with the standard policy within the conditions. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns from International Destinations

Items must be returned within 35 days of receipt and in accordance with the general terms as noted in our Returns Policy, and be un-used and in their original packaging. We will refund the price paid for the goods once they have been returned to our warehouse but shipping costs and any other duties or taxes cannot be refunded. This does not affect your legal and statutory rights as a consumer.
